Argentina – Javier Milei
Cerimedo was a key operative in Javier Milei’s 2023 presidential campaign digital strategy . The Argentine president publicly supported him following his arrest, creating diplomatic tension with Bolivia. It has been documented that Cerimedo visited the Argentine Executive headquarters on twelve occasions during 2024 .
Bolivia – Rodrigo Paz
Cerimedo advised President Rodrigo Paz directly during his campaign and became his principal strategist after his victory . The relationship has generated tensions with Vice President Edman Lara, a former police officer who has demanded a swift investigation . Behind Cerimedo lies a technological structure that includes Brad Parscale, the digital architect of Trump’s campaign, and Texas oil billionaires who finance the artificial intelligence ecosystem used in Latin American campaigns .
“The list of places in Latin America untouched by Cerimedo’s hand is shrinking” , published The Economist, which dubbed him “the MAGA man in Latin America” .
IV. THE ATTACK
On 17 August 2026, two men on a motorcycle opened fire on lawyer Nadia Beller in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. The victim, Cerimedo’s former partner who was pregnant, received three gunshot wounds and survived miraculously .
